Roles and Responsibilities
- Experience : 3 to 8 years exp in Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing,/ Vendor Management , Preparation of BOQ etc.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling Electrical, Plumbing, STP etc.. and layout projects.
- Candidate should be able to handle planning, coordination, bill certifications, drawings, execution etc..
- Should have experience in execution in high-rise residential buildings.
- Should have worked at least in one or more projects from inception to end.
- Should have experience in structures and finishing works.
- Should have knowledge in Villa Construction.
