Front Office Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

The candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in front desk management. Candidates with prior experience in handling front office and admin work are considered.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

  • Must have good communication skills in English, Telugu, & Hindi.
  • Being polite, courteous, and well organized
  • Receiving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Other admin tasks are assigned by the manager.
  • Ensuring Proper Housekeeping, Cleanliness, and Hygiene.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.

Keep detailed and accurate records of visitors and calls received.
