- Front Office Executive
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in Front desk management. Candidates with prior experience in handling front office and admin work are considered. Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Must have good communication skills in English, Telugu & Hindi.
- Being polite, courteous and well organized
- Receiving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Other Admin tasks assigned by the Manager.
- Ensuring Proper Housekeeping, Cleanliness And Hygiene.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor and calls received.
