Job description: Role & responsibilities: Sending a welcome mail & greetings to the new customers. Handling complete customer data and Sales details in RealX portal. Handling entire post - sales including collections, customer data and documentation. Prompt attendance & action to all complaints raised by customers. Coordination with legal team at the time of registration. Planning and providing documents for registration process. Through knowledge about flat handover. Handle complete procedure for handing over of flat to the customer for interiors work. Complete knowledge on the customers concerns regarding the flats and resolve them with co-ordination with other teams

Job description: 4 – 6+ years of experience in Apartment Sales/ Villa Sales, preferably in Hyderabad or surrounding locations. Marketing experience is an added advantage. Strong ability to pursue sales targets and achieve the desired results. Team handling experience Good communication skills and a pleasing personality Willing to work on-site along with the team Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence. Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services. Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities. Update and manage social media profiles. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
